sifting through true traditions of Ragusa we came across a family, the range Cavalusi, who in their farm nestled among the olive trees and carob trees of iblea campaign, offer a gastronomic experience very special that is curious tourists who come to spend their holidays in our province and ourselves locals that now we have almost forgotten the pleasure of "things done at home."
